More passengers go hopping in BOP

Rapidly growing NZ region, the Bay of Plenty,  has created attractive innovative bus services, in image and practise, putting in place protection against likely oil price rises for provincial residents.

This active strategy system has quadrupled patronage in a decade, mostly one presumes in Tauranga, population 114,000 and Rotorua, population 55,000, the two largest centres.
